| When I was trying to select a realtor to sell my home in Rochester, I had to choose between two. One at another pretty well known company and Debbie Benson at Keller Williams Premier. I interviewed both agents extensively and I decided to go with Debbie mainly because of her positive can do no BS attitude. If there's one thing about Debbie you'll notice is that she will tell it like it is. During the invterview, Debbie assured me that houses just like mine were selling fast in the Elton Hills neighborhood and if we priced it right, it would sell quickly. I was skeptical. Clearly it was a 'buyers' market and house sales were just plain slow. Debbie has this marvelous can do spirit and I chose her to sell my home. And thank goodness I did. She was more than happy to point out some things about the house that might need attention. For example, getting a thorough professional cleaning, getting the carpets cleaned, getting the pre-inspection on the house and so on. And SHE set it all up! I had no one to call but Debbie and it was done. WOW! Trust me, with all the stress of moving and selling, this was a huge burden lifted from my shoulders. The for sale sign went up in the yard on a Friday and by Tuesday of the next week, the house had a bid and by Wednesday, Debbie sold my house! It was really that simple. After the sale, Debbie was there to take care of the things you might not think about. Disconnecting utilities, watching over the house since by this time it was vacant, and most important, reassuring me that I wasn't going to lose my mind getting through this process. Just calm down and let Debbie handle it. Debbie handled beautifully and then some. I cannot say enough about the professional high quality service that Debbie provided.
